Shashidar Pai has over 17 years of experience in the field of Finance, Banking, Taxation and Accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked with leading Audit firms whilst in service. As an independent consultant, he has advised and set up finance and accounting functions in several start up firms. He has expertise in fund mobilization, equity structuring, mergers and acquisition, capital markets and ERP implementation.

Sudarshan KS
Chief Operating Officer

Sudarshan has nearly 20 years' Business Finance and Management expertise, (8 years in CxO positions), with international exposure. He is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and an Engineering graduate. He has significant achievements in Finance & Accounting, Investment Planning and Resources Mobilization, Strategic/Business Planning and Performance Enhancement, Operations/Project Management, Legal and Regulatory, Mergers and Acquisitions across Information Technology, Internet, Infrastructure (Power and Telecom), and Management Consulting.

Kong Yoon Leng, Bernard
Chief Projects Officer

Bernard has over three decades of vast & diverse experience in the real estate development & facility management business. He is a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor from the United Kingdom and holds a masters degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Ozonegroup, Bernard has worked with major & reputed organizations at Senior management levels like Knight Frank as a Director, CSFB as Vice President Investment Banking (Real Estate), HKR Asia Pacific and as CEO of Sentosa Cove, Singapore.
