The 10:80:10 is a home loan subvention scheme offered by select Banks & Financial Institutions. Ozone Urbana offers a bouquet of products – like Aqua 1, Aqua 2, Pavilion & Belvedere. The starting range of our product offering is Rs 55 lakhs. 10% down payment on Rs 55 lakhs is Rs 7 lakhs. That is what the consumer needs to pay to book the apartment. The balance 80% (that is Rs 44 lakhs) is financed by the bank, depending on the eligibility of the customer. The entire 80% is released to Ozone Urbana by the bank. The pre-emi interest on this amount, released by the bank to Ozone Urbana is borne by the us, until the product is ready for handover to the customer. The customer will pay the balance 10% at the time of delivery of the product, to Ozone Urbana.
Customers book the apartment by just paying 10% (or Rs 7 lakhs in this case). And nothing until possession of the unit. 80% of the product amount is released to the developer by the Bank sanctioning the home loan. Balance 10% is released by the customer only at the time of possession of the product.
